Stephanie is a science fiction and fantasy author, science nerd, and teller of tall tales. She lives on the outskirts of Pittsburgh and can usually be found sipping cold brew and unapologetically eating carbs.
Although she’s been making up stories for as long as she can remember, her family would likely call her earlier work “lies,” even though they explained perfectly well how such things as her mother’s favorite house plant or her pappy’s false teeth were destroyed. She started writing her stories down way back when she was in high school, and since then, she hasn’t figured out a way to break the habit.
Her short fiction has appeared in several publications and placed second in the 2021 Baen Fantasy Adventure Award. Check out the Stories page to see where you can read her work.
Although she’s not a very committed blogger, she has been known to write a new post about once every month or so where she talks about anything from rejections to people watching at DragonCon.
